Infraction Payment Plan
Pursuant to RCW 46.63 you may enter into a payment plan if you are not able to pay the fine in full, and you have not previously been given a payment plan for this financial obligation, and the Court has not obtained a judgment on the debt. NOTICE: Failure to pay or enter into a payment plan may result in collection action, including garnishment of wages or other assets, an additional $52.00 penalty assessment and may result in a suspension of your driver’s license.
You may request a payment plan by completing the form below and submitting it to the Court. The form can be mailed or delivered to the Court at 345 W. Main Street, 3rd Floor, Chehalis, WA 98532.
