Please note, should an inmate have medical fees, or debt from a previous incarceration, 80% of all incoming funds placed on their account will be taken to recover said costs until the balance is paid. Upon release from custody if there is still a balance due, any remaining funds on the commissary account will be kept to satisfy the debt. Unpaid debt remaining after incarceration can be turned over to a collection agency. Inmate accounts can not be discussed with the public. Please inquire with your loved one if they have a debt.
